2. REMEDIAL UPGRADE MAINTENANCE
Upgrade maintenance work could include inspection and maintenance of such roof related items as:
- BASE FLASHINGS AT PERIMETER WALLS AND OPENINGS IN ROOF
- METAL FLASHINGS
- PITCH PANS
- OPEN LAPS
- DETERIORATED SURFACING, ETC
3. TWO COMPLETE VISUAL INSPECTIONS PER YEAR
Conditions caused by storm damage, seasonal changes, and general wear and tear, are monitored regularly. This plan would also include immediate response to any roofing problems.
